had my RDOD & CULD assessment today.
RDOD = room division.
CULD = kitchen theory.
lol.

CULD assessment was fun. ;)
lecturer shows us the PowerPoint slides.
he wants us to write down the vegetables name.
i didn't even memorize a single name of those vege.
no no. i shall say WE ALL. =p
but we did finished up the assessment. =)
u know how ?
by open the notes and copy the vege name from it.
HAHAHA !
yay. we're smart.

RDOD assessment was a bit hard for me.
actually i have to study 4 units for this sub.
but due to my laziness.
i just finished up 3 and the half units yesterday night.
hehehe.
i felt so confused about the linen part yesterday.
and then i close my book and off to bed around 12am.
luckily, only 1 or 2 questions about linen just now.
so I'm still okay with it. =)

class ended at 12pm.
had lunch with friends.
went to *idonowhere* to play futsal.
oh G-R-E-A-T !
it was my first time to play futsal ~
don't even know the rules also.
i just know that i MUST kick the ball if the ball's in front of me.
HAHAH.
ohyea. i think i shout & laugh more than i kick the ball la.
my friends're very funny larhhhh !
they make me laughed like hell just now.
hahaha.
back around 3pm.
bath. and sleep. ;p

food science assessment tomoro.
but.. going out gain later.

let me share about my story these few days.
i kinda emo these few days.
i dont know whats wrong with me.
mayb bcause of i miss my home too much ?
miss my friends too much ? HAHA.
luckily, there're friends beside me when i need them.

okay, back to my story.
i worked at kuala lumpur convention centre last Saturday from 3pm til 11pm.
my friends and me went there under Taylor's college.
at 1st, i thought our job at there will be serve or pour water for the guests only.
but who noes ? its not that easy !
my job at there is as a server for banquet dinner.
O-M-G ! which mean I've to serve 10 pax that night.
i was so nervous cause its actually a Malay setting.
I've no experience on that serving yet.
i don't even know single step of the setting also.
how am i going to serve my guests ? LOL.
luckily, we are given a partner that got experience on it to guide us.
but my partner is from bangladesh if not mistaken.
then communication got problems larh.
i dont even understand a single word from him.
i just simply e-o-e-o only.
i know im very bad. but.. no choice. LOL.
my partner's much better than others.
he helps me alots that night. thanks to him. x)
ohyea. i saw many entao guys that night !
omg. they're so good looking larh kay ?
everyone's in formal that night. its 6th year anniversary for HSBC bank i think.
girls are sexy and guys are hawtttt ! =B
busy serving for whole night until 10 smtg.
and i get compliment from one of my guest.
'' did a good job tonight ! '' awww. *tail's flying*
finally, i understand how tired a server is.
have to queue when pick up. have to clear after guests finished.
omg ! seriously, its not a easy job to carry those plates. those trays.
my hand keep shaking after put down those heavy plates.
but nvm lerh. cause i earned rm64 for that 8 hours.
1st salary in my life kayyy ! so happieee. =D
hahahahaa.

lets talk about my restaurant practical today.
first, I've to thanks mei yenn and her friends to be my guests.
i was so freaking nervous although its not the 1st time already.
i don't know why. maybe i scared I'll drop the bread again ? LOL.
but i handled my service gear well this time. aww. so happie =)
besides that, i also managed to carried 4 heavy dinner plates + 4 bread and butter plates.
of course with those cutleries also. woah. its very very very ... heavy !
but i did it at last. i improved alot. wheee =)
ohya. thanks Y for the choco. and H for the fries.
i know u got read my blog 1. hiakhiak. :p
went for moral class after serving.
almost fall asleep in the class. xD
then stayed back at library to finish up maths homework until 7smtg.
had dinner with celes, chung & geralyn. :)
back home. online. sleep :D

well, I've started my term2 for about 2 weeks de.

kinda sick of my schedule larh.

classes almost start from 8am-5pm everyday.

its very tiring !

assignments and assessments are given by lecturer one by one.

aww. term 2 is not that easier as term 1. seriously. =/

theory class are more than practical class.

Y-E-A-H ! no more geography in this term .. =)

but there're food science, principle accounts, and add maths =S

i need to study about nutrition ! omg. -.-

blurr with add math. what's mark up ? what's mark down ? -.-

then.. principle accounts in english term.

but so far so good. im still okay with it :D

besides that,

i will just get to attend pastry class 3 weeks once.

that's why i got nothing to update my blog. sob

ahaha. i know its just an excuse for me. ;p

oh yea. I've kitchen class for today.

omg. yenwei trussed and marinated chicken today !

so disgusting okayyy !

i requested for glove from chef today.

cause.. i dun even dare to touch the chicken with bare hand -.-

special thanks to Celes for helping me clean the inner part of the chicken.

pity her la. she helps me for the fish before and chicken today. LOL.

moral lesson from 3-5pm.

aww. our lecturer likes to share his stories with us !

one word Arabic can elaborate and talk talk talk non stop. ;p

but honestly, i like to attend his class compared with others lecturer.

its more interesting ! eheheh.

after that, stayed at library until 7pm for add math assessment.

those 14 questions about mark up .. mark down .. selling price .. etc

are KILLING meeeeeeee !! =S

but at last i finished up with geralyn, chung and celes helps. x)

dinner around 730. and back home at 8smtg.

and now I'm UPDATING my blog !
