pastry class again :)

i had my pastry class last last friday. LOL.

i baked puffffsss that day.

yuhoo ! i baked my 1st puff in my lyfe. :D.

its very easy actually.

just need some ingredients of course.

and some steps. :)

after make the shape of the puffs.
we put our tray in the oven and bake it.

i can see those puffs like dancing in the oven.

our chef told us that,
the ingredients for us to make the puffs jus now was wrong !
omg. which means we have to do gain.
but left 30 mins before class end.
so she asked us to form a group of 4.
